This highly efficient, 14-minute HIIT session inspires exercisers to go all out and take advantage of total body conditioning.
MAX CiRCUIT
Ideal for small group and circuit workouts, the MAX CiRCUIT routine facilitates use by multiple users at a rapid pace. The console tracks time and intensity for each individual rower and automatically resets to zero between users. Each user gets their own data, without having to waste time resetting the console. Just sit down and row!

And while the Octane Rō offers intense resistance and progressive challenges, the rowing motion eliminates stress on the joints. Go for maximum intensity with a very low risk of injury. A classic win-win! In addition to interval training, you can also opt for normal cardio training where you determine the resistance yourself and continue rowing at the same pace for a longer period. This way of training is also called Steady-State cardio . The comfortable, extra-large saddle gives you extra stability during both training methods.

Shipping and delivery time
We do our utmost to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. *Orders placed before 1:00 PM on workdays will be shipped the same day. The delivery of the Pro-Flex dumbbells is via Logique, the delivery of the other products is via DHL/PostNL. Shipping costs are always free for orders above €49.
In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery. If, for whatever reason, we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible. If a product is no longer in stock, this will be stated on the website.
Returns
It may of course happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you don't like the product or perhaps there is another reason. Whatever the reason, you have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
- You have 14 days after the return notification to return the product. You will then be credited with the full order amount. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense.
- You must return the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging.
- To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@n-mass.nl . We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of receipt of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
If the product or packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.
