After we have shipped your order, you will receive the Track & Trace code via email with which you can track the status of your order.

We deliver to all countries in the Benelux.

If you discover that parts or part of your order is missing after delivery, first check whether all shipments have been delivered according to the Track & Trace information. Your order may consist of multiple packages and will be delivered on different days. Please contact us if all shipments have been delivered to you according to the Track & Trace code, but your order is incomplete.

No, if you receive the message “sold out”, the item is no longer available. If an item is temporarily unavailable, this will be indicated. You may also be able to pre-order the product. The expected delivery time will be indicated here.

We guarantee that all our products meet the strictest requirements in the field of fitness equipment. The N-Mass warranty period corresponds to the manufacturer's warranty period and is 1 year. This warranty does not apply if the defect is due to:

a) Inattention
b) Intentional damage
c) Neglected care

The warranty claim also lapses if anyone other than N-Mass has carried out repairs or other work on the product.

Unfortunately, it very occasionally happens that a package is damaged during transport. If it appears that the product is damaged, you must inform us by telephone or e-mail. Do this within 2 days of receiving your order. Customer service will ask you to provide photos showing the damage. We also request that you keep the packaging(s). This packaging may be required to return damaged parts/items.

Although it is never nice if delivery takes longer than expected, it may happen that your order is not delivered on time. The expected delivery times are always indications. It can sometimes happen that a shipment takes longer to arrive than the stated expected delivery time, for example due to problems during transport. If the status of your shipment remains unchanged for several days, please contact us.

It is only possible to cancel your order if your purchase has not yet been shipped. Please contact us by telephone or email as soon as possible after payment if you wish to cancel your order.

Shipping costs are free for orders over €49. For orders under €49, shipping costs are €9.95 to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. We charge different rates for other EU countries. These differ per country, this is shown during the checkout process.

You can find your order number in the confirmation email you receive after your order.
