General, Delivery and Promotional Terms and Conditions for Your Home Gym
After putting together your own dream gym or choosing one of our packages, we will ensure that the appointment is scheduled. The expert technician will arrive at the chosen time for delivery and installation. To ensure everything runs smoothly, we ask our valued customers to prepare the following:
• Make sure that the location is easily accessible via a lift or stairs (no loft stairs). If this is not possible, we offer solutions, such as the use of a crane. You can request a quote for customized solutions such as these. Please contact us for this.
• In some cases we can also arrange installation on the Wadden Islands. These options are available on a quotation basis. We can deliver every product from our range to the Wadden Islands via our reliable transporters.
• Before installation, it is important to move and/or protect private property.
• Are you ordering a large and/or wide product and do you want it delivered on a higher floor? No problem! Make sure that the floor is easily accessible and that the stairwell is wide enough. If space is tight, handrails should be dismantled and floors and stairs taped off. If adequate protection is not provided, we cannot be held liable for any damage.
• If there is no elevator, we can deliver and install up to and including the fourth floor. Delivery to the fifth floor or higher is possible in consultation or on a quotation basis. Please contact us for this.
• For installation in Belgium, we request that you contact our customer service.
• The dream gym packages include installation. We will prepare a quotation for composite packages. If desired, you can use our installation service. As an example, you pay €89.50 for the installation of a treadmill. Please note that this is a service provided and cannot be returned. In the event of a return request for a mounted device, our technical service must disassemble and collect the device, for which the costs are €149.95 per device.*
* For a complete Home Gym installation with different equipment, a maximum of €749.95 applies.

Payment options
With us you can easily make your payment via various payment methods, including credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDeal, bank transfer or Klarna. Is your desired payment method not listed? Don't worry, feel free to contact us for other options.
We usually ask to pay the invoice before installation takes place. However, you also have the option to use a down payment. In that case, the down payment is 50% of the total purchase amount. We want to ensure that the payment process runs smoothly, so that you can quickly enjoy your purchase.
Delivery agreements
Delivery term:
Delivery of the goods will take place within 10 working days after receipt of full payment or down payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing between both parties.
Delivery responsibilities:
The seller is responsible for properly packaging and shipping the goods to ensure they reach the buyer in good condition. The buyer is responsible for receiving the goods at the agreed time.
Quality control:
The buyer has 14 days after receipt of the goods to check the quality and quantity of the delivered products and to report any defects or shortcomings in writing to the seller.
Limitation of liability
This limitation of liability ("Limitation") regulates the conditions under which N-Mass Gym Equipment, located in Hengelo, hereinafter referred to as "Seller", limits liability with regard to the supply and installation of equipment to the customer, hereinafter referred to as "Customer".
General Limitation:
Customer acknowledges and agrees that Seller shall not be liable in any way for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, bodily injury, property damage, or any other damage, loss or inconvenience arising out of or in connection with the supply and installation of the equipment.
Professional Installation:
Although Seller strives for professional installation of the equipment, Customer acknowledges that he/she is responsible for ensuring proper safety regulations of the equipment. Seller is not liable for damage, injury or loss resulting from incorrect use of the equipment supplied.
Product liability:
Seller will take all reasonable steps to supply and install the equipment in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and instructions. However, the ultimate responsibility for the use of the equipment lies with the Customer. Seller is not liable for any damage, injury or loss resulting from defects in the product or Customer's use of the equipment.
Maintenance and Safety:
The Customer acknowledges that the maintenance and safety of the equipment is his/her responsibility after delivery and installation. Seller is not liable for any damage, injury or loss resulting from inadequate maintenance or failure to comply with safety regulations relating to the equipment.
Force majeur:
Seller shall not be liable for any delay, disruption, defect or failure to perform due to force majeure, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, fire, war or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond Seller's control.
Customer Obligations:
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Seller harmless from and against all claims, liabilities, costs, damages and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with Customer's use of the equipment, including claims from third parties.
By agreeing to Seller's delivery and installation of the equipment, Customer acknowledges that he/she has fully understood this limitation of liability and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein. This Restriction constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes any prior oral or written agreements or understandings with respect to such subject matter.
Price/promotion conditions:
The prices as stated in our flyer and composite packages are valid during the period from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2024. Please note that price changes may occur after this period. During the promotional period, special offers and discounts may apply to certain home gym packages. These offers are not cumulative and cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions unless otherwise stated.
